“We provide practical and emotional support to anyone who carers for a relative, partner or friend with a serious mental illness. We are a peer-led organisation run by past and present carers for carers. We can can help you in many different ways, check our services below :

Monthly support groups across NI where you can meet with other carers

Confidential one-to-one support provided by a skilled Carer Advocate

A helpline for carers open Monday/Wednesday/Friday 10am to 4pm and Tueday/Thursday 12pm to 8pm (excluding public holidays) Telephone 0845 603 0291

Training and information workshops designed to build your knowledge, skills and confidence in caring for someone with mental illness and empowering you as a carer.

Accessing respite opportunities to give you a break from caring

Working with carers to represent and highlight their views and issues to policy makers and professionals.

We also provide a specialist carer advocacy service for carers of a loved one with personality disorder in the Belfast area”
