ASCERT

The DAISY Project is available in Belfast and Lisburn in the South Eastern Health & Social Care Trust areas as well as Omagh and Londonderry in the Western Board area. In the South Eastern area the service is primarily focused at young people aged 11-17, but in some circumstances we will work with clients as young as 8 or up to 21 years old.

In the Western area DAISY works with young people aged 25 and under. DAISY is a service for young people who may be at risk of or are already misusing alcohol or drugs, or who are indirectly affected by another persons substance misuse.

DAISY provides young people and their families with an individually tailored package of support that can include: Brief intervention, mentoring, counselling, group-work, family support, systemic family work.

Referrals to DAISY can be made by all statutory or voluntary services, family members or by self-referral.
